I’m a North Las Vegas–based Curly Hair Specialist and Certified Trichologist with a passion for both curls and scalp health. My expertise goes beyond the salon chair—I specialize in helping clients with hair loss and scalp concerns while also celebrating the beauty of natural curls. By staying up to date on the latest research, products, and techniques, I ensure that every client receives personalized care, education, and solutions tailored to their unique needs. My mission is to restore confidence, promote healthy hair growth, and help my clients embrace their natural beauty inside and out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations after the 48 hour window has expired. Deposits will be required for ALL services booked! Please understand that this isn't a punishment but rather a commitment to help my business grow, be successful and ensure the appointment takes place. The great thing about a deposit is, it goes towards your future service. If you make an appointment, please make sure your intent is to show up. If something happens that you need to cancel, it must be done 48 hours in advance. You will be able to transfer your deposit one time within 30 days from the first appointment created. I do know emergencies arise so as long as the communication is open, things can get worked out. My books are only open 2 months ahead of time. If something is needed in the future (more than 60 days), I have a waitlist you can sign up for. Pre-booking will be highly suggested so that I can book you ahead of time while you are here at the salon. If you need to reach me I have a number specifically for my business. It is 435.572.0397. Although I may respond quickly at times, however please allow for a 24-48 hour response time. If you decide that you want to part ways, no worries! I PROMISE! I just ask that you let me know so that I don't bombard you with text messages, calls or emails. I will take you out of my contacts immediately! Refunds will not be given unless it is a deposit and within the 48 hour window. THERE WILL BE A 3.5% fee subtracted from your deposit to cover the chargeback. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let me know and we can discuss what adjustments can be made for you. NO SHOW = NO MORE APPOINTMENTS and 50% charge of service booked!
